Make and install cabinets -1: over refrig, 2: porch

Tile and grout back-splashes

Install remainder of wood trim, toe-kicks, bases, etc.

Varnish all woodwork with 2 coats acrylic poly.

Paint porch windows and door

Prep, and paint walls

Install new door latch and lockset

Schedule final inspection
